This year, NickerNews is producing a Public Service Announcement to advocate for
Designated Drivers.
Our
“Call a Friend” campaign will promote designated drivers with good humor and good horsemanship.
The 30-second spot will revolve around a horse owner and her trusted steed. It'll incorporate humor, integrity, and a solid message of doing the right thing while having a good time.
Production has begun! The PSA will debut on the Internet and other media channels in early fall.
Scott McIntyre, owner of the Old Goat in RIchmond, Maine, has generously offered his pub as filming venue.
Kerrie Falardeau, a vet tech for Maine Equine Associates, and Shea, a PMU from Canada, will star.
Alex Hadik, from Lincoln Academy and Brown University, directs.
Yes, we will be bringing a horse into the Goat!
